Aside from the clothing and luxury lines, the company also owns the Palazzo Versace, one of the high-end hotels that operate in Gold Coast, Australia.

As it appears, fashion is definitely in the Versace blood since Donatella was not only able to sustain her brother's success in the industry, she was also able to steer away from the seemingly huge shadow of her brother, in view of the fact that Gianni has been respectfully regarded as a fashion legend, no less. A few years ago, under Donatella's creative helm, the fashion world was taken by storm with the introduction of the Strong and independent woman –inspired clothing line collection. It features bold cuts that are distinctively Versace but at the same time provides a hint of sexiness, fierce femininity and corporate chic.

Up until now, the Versace brand enjoys patronage not only among discerning consumers but also a long list of A-list celebrities such as Madonna, Kate Moss, Jennifer Lopez, Elton John, Demi Moore and Halle Berry.
